There's a proposal to build 16 units (homes and townhomes) on the 1.3 acre lot at the corner of Tribume and Hayward Blvd. This is the announcement.

The last time there was a meeting like this it was a 13 unit plan plus day-care. The plan was covered in the April 2002 OHHA Echo newsletter (PDF).
It surly is in our best interest, as neighbors, to find out more about this project.
